Brackets are mounted onto straps to spread the load on the bucket shell.

All buckets feature hardened steel welded in toe plate Hardox 500 HB, large corner heal wear pads 500HB, and underfloor stiffeners.  Generally made to order

• 6mm S355 steel shell, 
• Bucket edge 150x20 HB 500 
• Optional bolt-on double bevel edges 200x20 HB 500 
• Optional bolt-on single bevel edge 200x20 HB 500 
• Optional weld on sacrificial edge 150x20 HB 500 ( this is welded below the bucket edge with the leading edge stepped out), 
• 12mm x120mm full wrap-around straps 
• Optional L brace created a hollow section where the straps would curve around the bucket at the bottom of the brackets. 
• Curved back for better cleaning 
• Top hat folded box top, (fewer welds for stronger design)
• Internal Gussets for a stiffer build, with optional full depth gussets
• Side cheek edges 10mm thick.
